    Email invites for people you already work with. They sign in with Orca — no extra seat fee.

    Set rates & payout setup

    Save each VA’s hourly rate on Pay. Ask them to finish free Stripe Connect payout setup so you can pay them.

    Track → approve → pay run

    VAs clock by client in Command Center (ops). You approve hours there. Run pay on Orca — you pay hours × rate plus 4% + $0.30; VAs keep 100% of their rate. Marketplace trial escrow is a separate path.
