Hi! I'm Hazel. I started my career as a teacher and was promoted to a Primary Supervisor where I spent 4 years mentoring teachers, organizing school events and managing school records. I later transitioned into the corporate world as a Customer Service Representative, where I assisted customers inquiries, resolved complaints and provided effective solutions. I also processed orders, refunds, and account updates. After two years, I was promoted to Subject Matter Expert where I handled teams and supported them in their daily tasks by providing expert guidance and assisting with complex inquiries. I was also responsible for preparing reports, including attendance, audits, assessments, and tracking the team’s daily progress. With these experiences, I’ve developed strong skills in email and calendar management, data entry, customer support, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
