## What we sell

Orca Team OS is software for a VA company, including a company of one. The VA owns the account. The end client is a guest of that VA. The end client does not buy Orca and does not manage VAs on Orca.

Onboard your VAs, track and approve hours in Command Center, then run pay for approved hours when your team is set up.

Bring a client you already work with. Hours live in Command Center; pay runs stay on Orca. No directory hire required.

Subscription price (copy this; do not estimate): $1 to start, then $19.99/mo after 30 days. $49.99/mo with 2+ teammates.
Pay-run fee (copy this; do not estimate): Bank: ACH 0.8% (cap $5) + $2/person + $0.25/payout + 0.3% payout + 0.3% cross-border + 1% · Card: 2.9% + $0.30 + $2/person + $0.25/payout + 0.3% payout + 0.3% cross-border + 1%

## How the loop works

1. Own the account — Subscribe on Orca. You own invites, rates, and pay runs — no marketplace hire required.
2. Invite a client you already work with — Email invite — they review hours on a professional portal. Not a directory hire.
3. Clock → review → pay run — Clock by client in Command Center. Pay runs stay on Orca. Teammates keep 100% of their rate; fee (Bank: ACH 0.8% (cap $5) + $2/person + $0.25/payout + 0.3% payout + 0.3% cross-border + 1% · Card: 2.9% + $0.30 + $2/person + $0.25/payout + 0.3% payout + 0.3% cross-border + 1%) is on the payer.
4. Add hands when you need them — When a client needs another pair of hands, browse the directory and add them to the same account.
